Before Your Visit

We are Honored You and Your Physician Choose Louisiana Heart Hospital for Your Medical Care.

Whether you are visiting us for a routine appointment, medical procedure, surgery, or emergency care, you can expect our entire staff to work hard to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

There's a lot you can do to prepare for your procedure. We recommend you pre-register, confirm your insurance, review accommodations, and provide contact information for your family and friends. We also recommend you prepare for your recuperation after the procedure when you return home. This will give you a sense of direction and keep you focused on your recovery.

It is also important you follow any instructions your physician may have given to you. This may include what you eat or drink, medications you are taking, or any number of other factors. If in doubt, please contact your physician to clarify specific instructions before coming to the hospital.
