Louisiana Heart Medical Group (LHMG) provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitative services. Gage Banks, MS, PT – Gage Banks graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and received his Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine. He also received certification in Functional Manual Therapy from the Institute of Physical Art and was the first Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana to receive this certification.

Laurie Banks, MPT, MTC
- Laurie Banks graduated from the University of Findlay with a Masters in Physical Therapy and received her Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine. She also has extensive training through the APTA’s Section on Women’s Health for both obstetric health as well as men’s and women’s pelvic health.  The Barrel Osteopathic Institute course work has provided her a knowledge in manual treatment of the pelvic and abdominal organs. She has been practicing for over 11 years, with specializations in musculoskeletal disorders of the spine and extremities.  Laurie's practice also offers physical therapy specifically designed for both men’s and women’s pelvic health focusing on pelvic pain, bowel or bladder incontinence, pregnancy and post-partum, post-surgery, aging, and sexual dysfunction.
Dave Giardina, PTA, ATC – Dave is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant as well as a nationally certified athletic trainer. He has over 40 years of experience in the field of physical rehabilitation and sports medicine. Dave is past president of the Louisiana Athletic Trainer Association and founder and Chair of the Louisiana Sports Medicine Safety Council. Dave is a member of the Athletic Trainer Hall of Fame and enshrined in the Louisiana Superdome.

Dennis Romig, PT, MSPT, Cert.DN, TPI-MP3-With more than 13 years experience, Dennis holds his Masters in Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman's University and has a BS in Kinesiology from LSU. He specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine, with experience working with professional, college and amateur athletes.  Dennis is certified in dry needling, ASTYM Certified and is a certified medical professional from the Titleist Performance Institute. He is also a SFMA Clinician.
Allison Roux, PT - Allison Roux received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of New Orleans and graduated from the LSU School of Allied Health Professions in New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.   She has practiced physical therapy for over 20 years.   Her specialty is outpatient physical therapy transitioning patients from acute care orthopedic surgery to return to full function.  Allison is also experienced in therapy for stroke and neurological  patients.  With this knowledge base her patients receive complete, total body care. Allison has served on the Advisory Committee for the Louisiana State Board of Physical Therapy for 5 years.  She is currently enrolled at the Institute of Physical Art to receive her Certification in Functional Manual Therapy.
